| 08/16/2024 | 08/18/2024 | Thomas - 82 | Josh, Jeani, Joey, Abby, Ellie, Kayla and Conner all went on this trip! It was the most people filled camper ever! DAY 1 - Travel day. It took us about 3 hours to travel to the campground from home. Ellie's college dorm stuff filled the camper, the back of Josh's truck. her car and Kayla's car! It was raining when we got there and the site was a pain in the ass to back into! Thankfully we were on the turn and Josh was able to get us in. After dinner, Josh started a fire for us to sit around and talk about camping and college life. Ellie is super nervous. DAY 2 - Everyone went to Central Michigan University to get Ellie unpacked and set up in her new dorm room! It is her first year of college and first time being away from home for along time. She is in Thorpe Hall. Spent all day with her then took her, Kayla, Conner and the rest of us to dinner. Then to Target for the last minute things we forgot. Joey and Abby went on a hike and found a bunch of mushrooms and were concerned about them being poisonous! DAY 3 - Travel day home! |
