First trip that the Thomas's did not caravan with Grandpa VanSickle and the Sicken's. Their GPS took them through a cemetery while the Thomas's arrived several hours before them! It was a horrible camp. Mini golf was almost completely overgrown, website displayed a fishing pond,
but once we got there, there was no pond! Pool was okay, but there were some people picnicking all day there. Playground was okay. The only bright spot was the
on-site ice cream parlor and it's proximity to Hershey, PA.
We spent one day at Hershey Park and Joey had a blast. The Sicken brothers finally revealed that they hated rollercoasters and refused to go on them anymore!
We went to Gettysburg and toured the battlefield and museum. We saw General Sickles bloody uniform! |
