First camping trip with the VanSickles, Sean, Kevin, David, Jeani, Maria, Jim, and I all in one pop-up
camper. It was a little smelly. Matt, Amy, and Nick were there in their own pop-up. Lots of black flies, but fishing in the falls was really cool. Lots of hiking to see the Munising Falls and a black bear was spotted near the upper Tahquamenon Falls trail, but it was nowhere near us.
Ate at Dave's Crab Shack in Munising, after a day of hiking and glass bottom boat touring, and I got sick on crab later that night. Blech. We all watched my new copy of Godzilla vs. Biollante (VHS) that I scored in Munising! I did step on David while trying to climb out of the camper to go vomit! He lookedup at me and said "Sweet, kick ass, awesome in the voice of Cartman from South Park!
another funny David memory was when Matt, Kevin, Jeani, Josh, and David were sitting around the campfire drinking hot chocolate and David fumbled his and dumped it right in his crotch. He sat there for few seconds before jumping to his feet and pulling the scalding, soaking fabric away from his skin and yelled out in pain. We all burst out laughing because of the beat he took from the time he spilled his drink to the time he felt it! Too funny! Update: This is the "pack, camp, flashlight!" vacation and "bean baby party!"
Also, the beginnings of the rousing game Butt-Butt-Nostril was formed. - Jeani T. |
